Inferred from authorized communications using transparent rules. Each signal shows its evidence, contradicting messages and how confident the evidence is. Signals never produce churn probabilities.

What confidence means
Confidence describes how strong the textual evidence is, not a statistical probability. High: three or more relevant messages across at least two threads, recent (within 30 days), with no newer contradicting message. Medium: two or more messages, or one explicit recent statement. Low: a single or older mention, or evidence contradicted by newer messages.

Opportunities come from expansion interest in client messages, matched to the service catalog. Values are manual estimates by a person and are never added to revenue, forecasts or cash.
